As
we approach the end of the semester, I was able to sit down and see how far I
have come in the last few months for this course.
·
For
each of the blogs, I was able to share it with friends on Google Plus. This
allowed me to have a larger audience since I was able to share with individuals
that would most likely end up reading my blog.
·
The
keywords that I utilized the most were the ones asked by the professor. Also, I
utilized “University of Florida”, and the weeks that the assignments were due. Overall,
I did not change the keywords used throughout the semester.
·
Most
of the social media that I used was Google Plus, and at times I utilized
Facebook to share some of the assignments that correlated with my personal
values, and wanted to share with friends and family.
·
There
were two posts that had the highest traffic. They were my “Elevator Pitch 1
& @”. I think this was my most visited post because I was very confident in
my pitch, and I was able to share it with friends and family.
·
No,
I was not able to make the first page of Google results. The page results that
I was able to show up in was those for video posts.

Hey Ana, I really like how you were confident enough in some of your posts and shared them with your friends and family. Using Facebook was a really good idea in order to help with search engine optimization. I really like your post, and if you want, you can check out my post at http://tristansentblog.blogspot.com/2016/04/google-gold.html.
ReplyDeleteHello Ana,
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed reading your post. While I did not utilize the Google Plus platform to gain further exposure for my blog, I do feel that we quite similarly used the other strategies that you mentioned. I was also unable to make the first page of results, but I had a good time trying to build the exposure that my page would get to by following the techniques that we learned in class.
I unfortunately did not complete the google gold assignment, but I attached a link to my blog post if you would like to take a look at it! http://entrepreneurship3003blog.blogspot.com
